Yet another consequence of trying to reduce overheads by automating everything to reduce staff.

OH works at a major supermarket where they are putting overtime, holidays and god knows what else onto "apps"... It's constantly screwing up...

They get multiple colleagues turning in for a single colleague shift, no colleagues turning in for other shifts, arguments over holidays randomly appearing / disappearing from the app.

Doesn't help when some managers are still trying to run the old paperwork system as well 'cos the new system doesn't work.😅

We could do with some help from you.
