I have been paying a regular amount on a CCJ. This was for an outstanding debt with provident personal loans. Having read through a lot of threads, it appears I might be able to challenge this in some way ?(set aside)as I was never issued with any kind of default notice.

 

I got into difficulties paying the collector, then it was passed to a DCA. I sent for credit agreement which they supplied along with statement of account,but no default notice. Am I wrong in thinking I should have had one before they took it to court?
