since my agreement welcome have started to get there act togeather.

the first thing that jumps out is they have charged you acceptance fee and charged you credit for insurances 2 charges. seriouse no no

were you told gap insurance etc you could get elseware. you pay 3 times as much through welcome

TBH I was not really disputing my agreement more the fact that they want me to pay over 12k for a car that has been used for approx 3months out of 18 because of the constant faults.

I have proof of all the times it has been in and out of the garages the only proof I dont have is when it went back to the original garage 3 times in the first 6 months, because that garage has ceased trading.

I know they said they would refund me the money for repairs if I sent the receipt in, I did but guess what they never got it!

put it this way from what i know by experience agreement has not been executed properly so unenforceble, looks like goodby welcome but it will need a court claim nowing this lot. the last thing they want are regulatory bodies taking an interest in there activitys

2. signature for shortfall ins

 

3/ hire purchase agreement sign to be legally bound

 

4. signed for and on behalf of welcome
