i feel so bad house up road had its gas van stolen police asked for my cctv footage, so we went to the computer and checked and the cameras hadnt been on little voice in the background as my daughter went "they kept getting in the way of my youtube video so i closed them" -
Just to update They managed to get in touch with City sprint - they've told them they will get in touch with the sender (wholesaler) and get back to them once they know what they want doing with the parcel

YouTube and security... It seems like everything that can be broken has been on there Having a spring clear out and finally got around to our safe (lost keys and batteries dead) wondered what to do with it as its bolted to the floor and hard to move 5 mins later after watching a video on YouTube managed to open it by banging on the top while twisting the dial... Now I don't keep anything valuable in there anyway but even if I had I would be reconsidering it Don't get me wrong I can pick locks, bypass passwords, etc due to bad history with boredom but I never thought of my own safe being that easy Makes you wonder if youtube should be allowing that sort of video -
I'll get them to check the number - I have no idea which one their using if I'm honest I don't think it would come under wrongly or badly delivered as it has come to the address on the box - it's just not theirs Unfortunately I won't be seeing them now until after Christmas but will check with them then
-
They're not wine drinkers so no temptation there I might need to stay away from their house however... Will get them to write to the depot and see what they say
-
Friend had a parcel delivered today its not his They came last week and he refused it as it wasn't his name but did have his address on it Today they tried again and left it with a neighbour... Theres no return address, he's opened it to see if there's an invoice - it's a dozen bottles of wine and champagne with no invoice He's tried to get hold of the courier but all parcelforce know is that they were delivering for citysprint - they gave the Slough depot as their pickup address They aren't answering the phone I've told them to put it safe and keep trying but if citysprint decide to deny all knowledge what do they do then? He has also checked and no-one on his road uses that name

Think I upset someone in sainsburys They demanded I moved my trolley so they could park in a bay - so I did They had a moan at me because I mentioned it was an electric car bay They got mardy because I was taking too long to unload the trolley and they wanted it to save walking to get one Then at the end of it they turned around to me and told me I should be more polite Apparently me turning to them and going "right up until this point I had been polite, but seen as you think I'm impolite I might as well be so go away you stupid cow" was enough for them to get back in the car in tears and drive off I wouldn't have minded but she was as rude as anything and just expected me to take it -

FIL got letter from solicitors today asking for money from the accident - he claimed we were overtaking him... FIL pointed out the damage on the car and Caravan says otherwise and solicitors have put it on hold - he also told them a different road than the accident happened on - gave them the GPS data from the photos

That bit after a set of traffic lights where two lanes merge down to one is the bit I meant Beleave me if I had come off a slip road and hit someone I would have been mortified If it helps Heres the Google earth We were in the left of the two lanes he was in the right. It shows the merge down arrows on the road (or at least thats what I've always called em) If I'm honest I would fully expect an insurance to go 50 50 just off the basis of the FIL not having a dash cam

Well 1 Year on and still not sorted For the family hols this year both us and the in laws took our tourers to Prestatyn sands 200miles there and back no issues, dropped our tourer at home, went to take in laws home and someone goes into the side of it at a merge lane... Get out and first thing he starts shouting is that we should have given way to him! Kindly pointed out that he should have merged in behind us as there hadn't been room to go past at that point - according to him that was why we were at fault as those in the left lane of a merge should stop and give way to those on the right - new one on me We're not reporting unless he does as damage seema limited to a smashed vent and scratching on a 20 year old van If he does report we have:- Photos of damage Photos of junction Photos of debris in road showing it was already halfway down to one lane at impact Google earth footage showing merge lanes + arrows on road Anything I'm missing as don't want this one to take as long

Second 0.8 Now their claiming the don't have to stop as they weren't actively pumping at the time
