  9. Mediation is no use in these cases they assume you owe something so the PPC will want something, should always say No to Mediation, you either owe it or not, not pretend its the Old bazaar in Cairo and haggle over what you are going to pay the fleecer's.

  12. Hi I have explained it to you. The my hermes tracking wasn't showing any update so I contacted Hermes chat support and they gave me 2 different tracking number to track their parcel. 1 tracking was for a multitracking site and another one was a DPD tracking. Again I have explained that as well. The parcel arrived to the customs in Italy but was held there for 7 days pending customs charge payment but nobody contacted my sister for the duties payment. Hence it was sent back (got stolen, dirtbags down there do these kind of things. They stolen a similar package when I was a kid more than 20 years ago)

  16. Ok I will redact the information and upload. It's legal to upload court documents and ask for advice? I always assumed that was private court information which shouldn't be shared online?

  17. Any chance you can help without that as I don't feel too comfortable putting up the personal case details. Basically they are claiming they aren't the operating carrier. 1. Court has allowed me to add Finnair to the claim as a joint defendant. Can I take them to MCOL though considering they are a Finnish company?

  18. You could also write to the DVLA and ask them how many times OPS asked for your daughters details and what address did they give. They have to ask the DVLA each time for details-they cannot just copy them from earlier PCNs. Once you have given you the address, if you don't recognise it, you could then ask the DVLA where and when they got that address.

  19. resolve call like any DCA are not bailiffs and have absolutely zero legal powers on any debt, no matter it's type nor the fact it's subject to a CCJ. if they appear, film them with your phone. do not engage them at all state leave my property and never return else you'll call the police on 101. now the CCJ is within 6yrs so the info of who the claimant is should be on your credit file. who took you to court? and who is the owner of the debt now..?

  20. Well there's your reason for them going at it now! You are correct that they would only be able to put a Form K restriction on your current home if the debt it relates to is yours solely. That means they are informed if the property is sold, but not paid from the sale, its an alert to let them know you may have some cash from the sale.

  21. Charging Orders A Charging Order is an order which secures a money judgment against the judgment debtor’s property or interest in a property. Creditors usually apply for Charging Orders as they are a reasonably easy method of ensuring the likelihood of them receiving their money back at some point in the future. Some creditors have a policy of applying for Charging Orders as a matter of course, some will apply as the debtor’s debt is large or their total indebtedness is high. Some will try the Charging Order route if they are offered a nominal instalment amount by the debtor, or that it will take many years to clear the debt. C

  22. My parent died 5 years ago and a sibling acted as Executor. I have never seen the Will (despite requests) and the Probate Office has no record which indicates it did not go to Probate even though there was property and effects involved which have since been distributed. I thought I was also named as an Executor (along with a third sibling) but, of course, since I haven't seen the Will I have no way of knowing for sure. I have contacted the solicitors who, as far as I know, dealt with the Will and they say they were not asked to do the Probate and do not know if any subsequent Wills were made but if I wanted a
