Hello They don't allow people to Private Message other people about their financial issues etc. Rather be on open forum as their issue could help another one's3 points

They have tried to be clever with the false dating lies, but have ballsed up very, very badly here - Which you will be very happy to do with your proof of posting. Then, what's good for the goose and all that, their own solicitor thinks it is essential that strict proof of posting is provided, so let's see theirs. We know what will happen at this point ...2 points

yep well said. you would not know who to PM if all threads were operated by PM only......think about it. dx2 points

dx is spot on. BTW, given the original invoice has gone missing, how do you know the car stayed for 2:16? BTW 2, have you moved recently? I'm trying to think about why the first letter may have gone astray. But above all - snotty letter time.1 point

Thanks for the heads up I have gone through previous post. Mediation notes - please could you provide feedback.... On 15/04/2023 I returned items to Solace London of a total of £2200 using the defendant's next day service. The parcel never arrived at the destination and the Defendant accepts that the parcel is lost as it was last tracked at their depot. I am pursuing the defendant as I am entitled to do under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties Act 1999). The defendants are failing to reimburse me for items on the basis that I did not purchase their additional insurance cover. The defendant's requir1 point

We have received your report. The company that you are dealing with is known to us. There was quite an extended problem with them three or four years ago. There is no problem about running an open thread on the forum about this company. I'm going to close this thread. If you want some help then please start a new thread and tell us your story.1 point

i submitted it. i selected mediation aswell - so hopefully it will go mediation and i'll offer the £300 as before.1 point

So you have use the report button – but the your report doesn't include any information at all. So not only does the forum not know – but the site team doesn't know either. We don't play secret squirrel on this forum and as long as everything you say is honest and straight dealing – then they should be no problem. If you initially want to tell the site team then use the report button and in the report form tell us what it is that you are trying not to tell anybody else because you want to hide it but you're happy to let us know So far there have been nine posts on this thread with you telling us that you have something to say b1 point

So report this thread (Report on the bottom left of every post) and tell the site team in confidence. HB1 point

if the threads are not a win by the poster in court against this mystery company, then they are of no use to YOU in court. providing the judge with piles of 3statements backing up you claim will not win you the case, thats not how it works sadly. so tell us the story before you get too close to any important deadlines, if you have already launched your claim....else i have a feeling you might go doing things that will hurt your case more than better it. so come on..stop playing secret squirrel. dx1 point

Don't call either of those numbers. Go to the Nationwide website independently (ie using your browser or the URL on your card or other documentation you have received from them). Contact them from there asking if it is genuine. If unsure who to contact call the fraud department1 point

If their threads are still open you can post and ask the people. If not, tell us which threads and we'll try to help. Also, can you tell us who the company are please? HB1 point

It’s a website, not an airport : you don’t have to announce your departure! You don’t have to read replies. You get to choose if you listen to / act on the advice, and the warnings of the limits of the advice / info you’ve been given. Additionally: it isn’t “all about you”. Other people will read this thread, (& by now it is clear where things are headed), so the replies are more for them than you!1 point

Statement is fine and concise although your statement of truth is out of date and you have not marked your statement " see exhibit xxxx " after referring to it within the various paragraphs as per the claimants statement. All exhibits should then be numbered and listed on an attached legend attached to the statement along with copies of documents referred to and coincide with your N265 listing. Well done good statement otherwise. 2.2 The form of the statement of truth verifying a witness statement should be as follows: “I believe that the facts stated in this witness statement are true. let is settle for a month. new accounts (to a credit file) that have existed for a long time but never been included on your file, that a good while for all the data to be uploaded and assimilated . if next months report is the same the it's time to start gathering information and the act. let things run, your credit score via such sites is not he only way you are judged. dx1 point

Lol please ignore paper lawyer "whitelist" I thought I had managed to chase them off the airline forum because of all the horsedung they were posting there but now realize they have found a new life as a dog expert. P.S. I am a cat person and will never forgive your dog for killing a cat, but let's all stay reasonable here! Edit: what "pixel" said seems a lot more sensible tho1 point
