As a suggestion and to help unify the information and gain some statistics, it might be a good idea to come up with a matrix of institutions vs. action taken, so it's possible to see, for example, how many people have written to the bank and got a full settlement, how many had to go to court, whether the bank offered a part payment etc. It would be good to see the type of action you could be expected to go through on a per-bank basis to get a rough idea of their policies etc., and also as a general overview to see how many people have started and finished their claims over all banks.

It might require some custom programming though but I think it would be dead handy to really see what's going on. Does anyone else think so?

Sure I'll help out, I know PHP pretty well (I have contributed to developing PHP also lol). The only thing I don't know about it ISS on Windows.

What's left to be done on it? Do you have all your db shema done yet?
