I would wait for Tomterm's input on this one Grandaddy.... as he's been actively involved in what's gone on so far. IMO though, not a valid CCA.

 

it's very borderline, depending on the date it was signed...

 

You could make a good argument against it being enforceable.

In what way ?

 

depending on the date it was signed..." ?

 

Diferent dates, different regulations in format & content of credit agreements. Under many of them, your credit agreement would be unenforceable.
