the defendant debited numerous charges from

the claimants account.

2. The charges are an unfair penalty

under the unfair terms in consumer contracts

regulations 1999, because they are a

disproportionately high sum in compensation

compared to the cos tof the purported breach.

3. Under the law of penalties the

charge are an unlawful extravagant penalty

4. The claimant asks the court to enter

judgement in their favour for 968.50

the claimant do by 4pm on july 23rd file in court and send to the defendant a schedule complained of and the basis of each complaint

the bank put defence in and it transferred to local court! and the above came from the local court

hi yes i have printed of that one and amended details , so i will send that along with schedule of chrges is that correct

shall i not fill out form n1??????:confused:

 

also am i sending a copy to dg or to the address above ?

thanks castle just read that through will send papers off to dg and courts tomorrow recorded delivery and wait to see what happens next. the bank have till 12th aug to defend ????????????
