Final Help Needed With N1 Claim Form Please

I have now filled in the N1 form for my daughter in law i have been instructed to lay the costs out as follows:-

charges

overdraft interest

interest charge under s.69 county courts act 1984

 

done the charges bit

overdraft interest-is this the debit interest they have charged me?

finally how do i work out the interest for s.69 please

Hi ali,

 

Have you tried to claim back all of the interest charged on the account because you can't do this. You can only claim the proprotion that relates to the charge levied from the account. As for the 8% interest part, there are a few spreadsheets in the bank templates library that can help you. Just input all your charges over the top of the ones that are already there ( Do not delete the stuff already there as this deletes the formulas aswell). If you are claiming overdraft interest on your charges, then use the advance ones.

 

If you have tried to claim backl all of the interest charged on the account you will probably need to amend your claim. (Form N244 I think) it costs £35 to amed a claim which is not recoverable.
