hello one and all

i'm in the process of taking woolwich to court and was chatting to a work friend.

i have told her all about this website and i said i would sort out the DPA for her to send off to barclays as she doesn't have internet at the moment.

just one question she has a joint account so should they both be signing all the letters or could one of them complete the claim?

If the cheques on the Account only require one party to sign then the letters can be signed by either of the signatories on the Account.

Ensure that each letter has Sort Code - Account Number and Parties to the Account at the top, as the reference.
