I'm made up for buffy, it's definitely come at the best time for her, with her having another little one about to introduce herself.

I got my papers back from the courts, but because I didn't put that I'm a miss or mrs, & I didn't put Leeds County Court in the box . Would I be best if I claimed online now, instead of sending it back by post

The title i.e. Mrs, MS(hate that) , of all parties to the proceedings must be given on the claim form.

It then goes on to tell me that I can either send it back or do it online.

 

The top form has been stamped 13 June 2007

 

So I'm stuck, I just can't think what to do, I've just enrolled online, but you can't put much on your PoC

Just fix the prob then with head held high submit it to the Court again.

Just goes to show that , yea, ok, with all the stress and the worry that sometimes we c**k-up . So what ,think of that lovely lolly coming closer ,ever closer. youve waited this long , it will be worth it.

Thanks overflow, you're right, of course. I know we do c***k up at times, but you just kick yourself when you are so close, & then bang, you've been knocked back again. It's so sickening. I know it's not for much money, but when you're on benefits it's a lot to you!! God, here we go again.

Yes, it's really great news about Dolphin, I'm really glad that people are getting their money back, I have no sympathy for the banks at all.
