Right , I have decided that I'm going to take these flipping papers to the court tomorrow dinnertime, right after I've been to asda. I'm going to get this thing sorted once & for all.

3rd thing, Court papers got returned. lol.

Right, as promised I've duly been & delivered all my papers by hand, & was thoroughly searched by security at the entrance. I knew they search people, but flaming heck, not like that.

Anyway up, I asked the guy at the behind the counter, how long he reckoned, & he said 3 working days, & I should get them back round about next Wednesday, (so by my reckoning, the date stamp should be 25th July). So I hope I'm right, please tell me if you think I'm not.
