hi guys im back ! halifax have been charging me again so i want it back ! can anyone tell me whats all this about the test case between allthe banks and the (OFT) AND IS IT TRUE THAT ALL THE CASES ARE SUSPENDED UNTILL THE TEST CASE IS RESOLVED? THATS WHAT IM BEING TOLD BY HALIFAX! THEY HAVE NOT EVEN SENT ME ALL MY STATEMENTS !

 

PLEASE HELP GUYS ! DO I CONTINUE AS USUAL?

Yes all cases are likely to get stayed now due to the test case i have given you a link.

carry on and claim for your charges this way your claim will be in the system,

if you haven't recieved all of your statements send them the non compliance

letter. As before stick to your timescales.

hi Tilly , thanks a lot for the infor , i will do that straight away .

i forgot to mention that yourkshire bank did send me all my statements but did give an advice that they have asked the" FSA " to suspend the normarl time table of dealing with bank charges complaints and if idecide to take my complaint to the (OFS) OR choose to issue a claim in the count court they will immediately apply to the court for an order to stay untill resolution of the banks and the OFT ,

DOES IT MEAN THAT IS HOW FAR THE CASE CAN GO FOR NOW?

consolation the interest will still be building:D
