Hi all

Sent 1st letter to Nat West.:D

Received reply along with guide to making a complaint leaflet, standard letter that they will look into the matter and will contact me within the next 10 days etc, etc.

Going to send 2nd letter but was wondering what was meant by claiming under ss.7 and 13 of the DPA 1998 Act. Want to make sure i get the wording right that iam claiming for.

Would be most grateful for any help.

Thanks in advance.:)

Hi there,

I think this refers to getting a default removed if they have registered one against you due to their illegal charges. The writing in red should be deleted if you havent had such a default.

Hopefully someone else will confirm this
