Hiya Alex, ltns :)

the first part of the test case is being heard at the moment so I think if I was in your shoes I would sit tight for a few weeks to see how things pan out.

Hiya again

I followed Castlebest's advice and I was just waiting for the test case to be heard. As I ve read some other threads I think that many people now take their case through the court.

Whats the best thing for me to do?

Any advice is much appreciated

Thanks

Hiya Alex,

You can continue with your claim and submit it to the county courts but it will be stayed (put on hold) until at least the judgment of the test case is announced (expected in July). If you have personal hardship grounds you could try referring your claim to the FOS instead.

Ive just had a quick recap of your thread, and I think we need an update where you are with your claim 8).

Do you still have your spreadsheet and the back up bank statements? and have you updated your spreadsheet to include any new charges you have had since all the test case messing about started?

for either route you will need to update your claim.

Edit for breaking news... test case judgment will be handed down on Thursday this week

pete
