I think this is a great idea and ive been busy postin it round like you suggested.

 

The letters are really well thought out and a credit to those who took the trouble to pen them.

 

If everyone on here took the time then we cant be ignored.

I hope that the members who have won already will spare a thought for the rest of us who are still fighting for what is rightfully ours.

Im sure they will after all we all help each other on here so why should they stop just cause they have won.

 

I dont know how many members there is but must be very substantial so can you imagine the amount of mail that will turn up at the MPs.

 

Id love to be a fly on the wall when the postie turns up.

 

Lets hope its enough.

HiYa overflow, thought I'd bob in to see how you are. Not had a chat for what seems like ages, but as you know I've been busy with that bother with haliprats again (damn them). I've also started a new thread List of all MP's written & emailed

& Macboy is being a great help, by keeping a list of all that have been sent letters &/or emailed, we're hoping that everyone on CAG & beyond will send copies of the template letters to as many MP's, MEP's etc, as we possibly can. Please help us to spread the word.

Well still no sign of anything off the Court.

 

Its 2 wks now so I'm waiting till tomorrows post and if there is still no mail then Im going to visit the Court myself and see exactly whats going on.

 

Im getting really fed up now with this waiting, if they plan to put a stay on it then they should have the decency to write and tell me.

 

Ja-De we do seem to keep missing each other dont we.

I get on here and half the time this *(%&$£*! lappy goes haywire.

 

Ill be glad when I get my new one. Then it will be full steam ahead.

 

Ive added to your other excellent site by the way. I think its a great idea that we all pull together and try to get ourselves heard.

HI Guys.

 

Called at the local Courts today and must say Im pretty P***ed off now.

 

The nice young man behind the counter took the case number then looked on his screen, turned to me and said he would need to ring the main Courts up as he didnt understand what they meant. (Didnt tell me what was on the screen)

Ok says I, no problem, (thinking , "Yea go on tell me its been stayed")

He rang and had a few words then handed me the phone!!!!!!!!!

 

"OOEERR" thinks I.

 

Anyway to cut a long story short it appears that I had filled the wrong form in,"WHAT! Tell me now like 2 wks later"

It seems that I had put a specific amount down?

 

I put three spreadsheets in with the POC cause I was under the impression that it was upto the Judge to award what he deemed suitable

and where it says Amount Claimed on the Notice of Issue I put under £5000.00.

 

I tried to explain this to the Nice Lady onthe other end of the phone, but she just kept saying "Yes but youve put a specific amount down, Ive been sitting on this all week hopeing you would phone" (Then why didnt you move your a**e and ring ME).

 

She said she would send me the form to fill in today and would I send it right back (Too right I will lady). so she can get it dealt with. HA.

 

So you see Im really cheesed off now as Im worried Ill get stuff all back, cause in my POC I put the M&R reason down and we all know NOW that this doesnt hold water, I put it in before all the humming and haring over this argument( before Dads lost). It was for CCI.

 

Now ive a nasty feeling "Im DOOMED, DOOMED I tell ye."

 

She asked me if I wanted to go for more than Id put down and I told her NO certainly not. Just the amount she had quoted.

 

So folks looks like Im at the waiting stage again,

Ill probably understand it a bit more when she sends the letter out cause at the moment Im flummoxed.

 

Thought Id got it right, even the nice lady behind the counter checked it over when I first submitted it and she said it was OK.
