Over a year ago my wife was able to take £10 from a cash machine although she only had £9.84 in the bank, she then withdrew it, the following month she was charged £35 but didn't realise, as she only gets little for wages, she could not afford it, time passed, she made an arrangement to pay the increasing amount then £70, of £5 a week, she paid a couple of weeks and then let slip, she now has over £500 in charges, and is getting threatened with CCJ, Bailiffs etc, all because she went 16p overdrawn, because the cash machine rounded it up. Surely this is wrong in anyones eyes. I will be looking for help on this, just don't know where.

PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!

You can claim back up to 6 years. If she has all her statements then start writing the prelimary letter. If she doesn't, send a SAR (subject access request) under the DPA (data protection act).

Have a good read through the FAQs and Step by Step Instructions. It takes a while, but time well spent.

When your ready to start your claim, start a thread in the Natwest forum.

........and that's how it starts.

Re-read the FAQs and the step by step guide. Follow our suggested route and you'll soon get the charges back.

Good luck.
