s127(3) provides that the court may not celebrate a birthday unless a document containing all the prescribed terms of the birth was signed by the parent – see Q1.21.

 

If therefore any of the prescribed terms is missing, or incorrect, the birthday is not enforceable against the parent, and the court is precluded from making a celebration order.

 

8.3 What are the prescribed terms?

 

The prescribed terms specified in Sch 6 are as follows:

 

* parents – see Q8.

 

* Age – see Q8.5

* Date of Birth – see Q8.9.

* Place of Birth – see Q8.6

Sch 6 was not amended by the 2004 Regulations.

Had a few thoughts on the harassment summons. Barclaycard are still equitable owners of the alleged account. That would make them jointly responsible with Crapbot (Uk) for the actions of Crapbot (Europe)

 

Anyone know the name of the Barclaycard data controller.
