maxine I have had to merge 4 of your threads again can you please keep to the one thread when updating or asking questions .It is in your own interest that everything you have done so far is in the one thread and it is a lot less work for the moderators who could be helping people with their claims instead of moving threads , thanks :)

Have you tried the registered office address:

Lloyds TSB Bank plc

25 Gresham Street

London

EC2V 7HN

We filled out the N1 and put Customer Service Recovery Centre, 125 Colmore Row in Birmingham - but I assume as you say it keeps telling you it's wrong you are using MCOL.

Hope the above address works, otherwsie I don't know what else they want.

No you don't have to if you really don't want to - but you are entitled to it. :)

Hi everyone

My name is Vivienne and my story is basically the same as Maxine's, except Lloyds "owe" me £8901 (not including interest) as of 29th Sept 06. I've gone through all the steps so far and have been offered a one off settlement fee of £750! Just to add insult to injury they are even still charging me for their letters about my overdrafts which total £9k, despite the fact that I am still maintaining payments to them to clear these off. It's a bit rich considering these overdrafts are basically made up of their charges. I'm going to continue with my action against them despite the fact my head is spinning from the hassle of working out all the figures etc. One question tho - if they repay me, will it have to go towards paying off my overdrafts or can I insist that it goes into my new bank and I pay off the overdrafts (as already arranged) bit by bit? They landed the charges on me while my husband was working and now that he's had to give up work because of my worsening medical situation we could do with having a bit of cash in hand. I know I'm probably expecting just too much good fortune with this one, but if I can get it, I'm going to!!

Thanks to eveyone for such a brilliant site and if anyone would like to send me a message of encouragement I would be really boosted.

Hi

Yes they will enter a defence, this is standard stuff, they have 28 days from the day the claim was served to enter one.

Once they have entered one, you will recieve a copy of it and an Allocation Questionnaire to fill in, use the links below to help you with that:
