no let things run, just stop paying until a debt is defaulted, then pop back here and we'll review the overall picture.

dont ever enter into any pointless letter tennis.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Just my 2 cents. as a debtor in the past myself and my speciality being High Cost Short Term Credit or Instalment Loans and reclaiming, I can tell you that debt can just vanish sometimes.

It was only yesterday that I posted about a lender going into Administration and all debts were written off. I had a debt with them and it was written off.

The debts that do go to DCAs can be challenged like others say with very little effort.

They disappear from your CRA after 6 years so never to be seen again from date of default.  I have a number of debts from my time that will disappear this year and very little has been done about them.

Just take it calmly, dont stick your head in the sane - Setup a digital folder and scan all you get that comes through, Watch out for claim forms and you will be fine.

Update: NatWest Business loan and current account no longer showing in the app

NatWest personal cards (2) not showing

Just the OD and personal loan displaying as of now

Wonder if all the NatWest ones will be sold to the same DCA?
