Thank you for the rather long story.

This is a consumer help forum where we can guide you support you if you want to deal with the kind of problems you are describing.
However we aren't here simply for you to visit and to try do a hatchet job on British Telecom or any other company.

I'm sure you will find lots of other places you can try to do that.

If you want some help to try to correct some injustice or to recover money which you think has been unlawfully taken from you et cetera – then please layout your story in a new thread.
Please don't bother about all the emotive narrative. It's unhelpful.
This forum is run by volunteers who have other things to do in their lives as well. We just need the facts of the case. We need you to respond quickly with additional detail if we ask for it – and that way we hope that you will be able to get a satisfactory result.

Everything we do here is free of charge but of course if there is a result and you're happy and you think we helped you then if you wanted to make a donation then we would be pleased to accept because we have expenses to pay in order to keep on running.
However, our help is given unconditionally.
