Right.

I'll put FOS on hold for now.

Natwest said 28 days.

Hopefully ,they will realise their obvious error.

My Auntie is worried about interest the loans may have built up, but I've told her not to worry.

 

 

If all else fails, kick them where it hurts and SOD'EM;)

doesnt matter she wont be paying them.

TBH @sod 'em the VERY best thing is if any of this DID result in a courtroom as she'll get £1000's in compo out of whomever (the system too) over the appalling way she has been treated .

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
