Actually you didn't say that you bought the phone at Covent Garden. You Only told us that you had been dealing with Northern Ireland. You told us that you lived in London and you suggested that you might use Covent Garden address as defendant – but you didn't tell us anything about where you bought the phone.
Go back through thread and you will see that I'm right

After that – yes Covent Garden is fine.

I suggest that you write them a letter of complaint. Don't set a deadline for depending on their reply – or lack of reply in about seven days, send a letter of claim and then move to a legal action.

I suggest that you draft an initial complaint and post it here so we can check it.
