who's the fleecing DCA chasing you?

that reply appears to be too a third party as its states your client?

tell us the full story please.

that letter tell us nothing other than you'd sent a cca request to someone for an od debt?

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

I had a letter from PRA Group about a month ago chasing the debt.So I sent them the statute barred template from nationaldebtline.org.

They then wrote to me saying that they had forwarded the letter on to Natwest and would put the chasing on hold.

This letter arrived today.

I did not send a cca request I sent a statute barred template

  • dx100uk changed the title to PRA chasing 2 joint Natwest CA OD debts - sent SB letter now this reply?

sb'd then.

as long as pra has yours (you've sent the sb letter so they have) and the other joint party has too told them in writing ignore them unless you ever get a letter of claim.

  • 1 month later...

PRA sent me a letter saying that they have closed the account and sent it back to Natwest.

I now have another letter from a Zinc Group chasing it.

Do I need to resend them the statute barred letter again or do I ignore?

I would think ignore as they should have all previous correspondence?

unusual for PRA to simply be chasing a debt, not having purchased it out right.

so it looks like PRA were simply chasing for their client natwest.

which they've now sent your correspondence of SB'd too

zinc are simply another DCA that doesn't by debt, but simply chases for their client

which is stated on their letter as Natwest?

if so no action to the client is necessary

unless a DCA owns a debt, and you have received a notice of assignment, it is very safe to ignore them.
