    PRA sent me a letter saying that they have closed the account and sent it back to Natwest. I now have another letter from a Zinc Group chasing it. Do I need to resend them the statute barred letter again or do I ignore? I would think ignore as they should have all previous correspondence?

    Thank you. Will ignore and update if any more letters, that was my feeling but not 100%, I think they testing to see if I react / reply. Appreciate that.

    I had a letter from PRA Group about a month ago chasing the debt.So I sent them the statute barred template from nationaldebtline.org. They then wrote to me saying that they had forwarded the letter on to Natwest and would put the chasing on hold. This letter arrived today. I did not send a cca request I sent a statute barred template

    I had an overdraft some time ago and believe that it is now statute barred, so I sent in a standard template claiming statute barred for 2 joint accounts. I have had a reply from Natwest attached. Anyone give me advise on where to go next and if it actually is statute barred. Please?? 2022-11-02_Scan.pdf
