IMHO no you don't 

 

However your might need to investigate if any hidden commission was paid to the broker(s) as that might be a reason for it.

 

And of course pens up a whole new can of words 

 

Close brothers would not I would hope be involved in such inappropriate actions..... My thoughts would be if they had to refer to anyone..it would be the ins com that was paid, not a broker

close brothers levy unlawful penalty charges if they deem you are late or miss a payment, they are nothing to do with any broker or the resultant ins company.

 

your spreadsheet and complaint firmly lies in their ballpark.

you cant on the statint sheet.

you use the FOSCI one and put their int rate in cell D15 remember?

 

i thought some of these policies you got the DD's all refunded?

 

you've lost me sadly, you cant reclaim fees on loans you are/have not paid off.
