Purchased a set of metal garden furniture, four chairs and a table four months ago from ManoMano and they are now rusting badly. Looks like who manufactured the furniture did not apply sufficient paint to the metalwork. I contacted ManoMano and they are not interested stating that the garden furniture is not covered for rust.

Just looking for advice if I have a case to pursue?

I assume that it was you who purchased these goods.

As purcaser you have rights - and the seller has obligations - under the Consumer Rights Act. In particular, goods should be of satisfactory quality. Given that more than 30 days have elapsed since purchase, if these goods are not of satisfactory quality you do not have the right to reject them, but have the right to repair or replacement. You should raise this with the seller.

outside of 30days under your consumer rights (CRA), the retailer has the option of (one only) repair, replace the items, or refund (with deductions for use to date).

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
