DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

I'd be interested in having a look at the O2 debt – mainly because it is a small sum and it might be interesting to experiment with. I wonder if you could start a separate thread for this.

I can imagine that this scenario may be that you fell into arrears and that O2 then cut you off but then continued to bill you or else to apply some kind of penalty which effectively represented the entirety of the remaining contract.

In my view this amounts to an unenforceable penalty/unfair term and we might be able to investigate it. If something came out of this then we could think about looking at the Vodafone debt in the same way
