ok so the OC has gone for an SD.

stay off that phone

never call any fleecing DCA

or their lacky sols for hire

shoesmiths.

everything in writing ONLY.

sar to RBS ASAP.

include a letter that you dispute ever signing a PG regarding this OD

and that the SD should be put on hold till proof is provided.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Thank you dx100uk

I didnt think ringing them would do any harm,

I just needed to know what was going on, or if in fact they had already made me bankrupt,

I didnt received mail directly from them, it was passed to me.

So anything could have happened without my knowledge.

But noted, i will stay off the phone.

Some thing is wrong,

as when I CCA'd RBS, with the account number in their records, it says its for my personal overdraft... No mention of the £26500 shoosmiths are chasing.

And im told everything has to go through shoosmiths, is this correct,

as last time i tried to SAR RBS through them, RBS didnt get it,

shoosmiths kept it and sent very little back. ?

Also, could anyone advise me what i should expect to receive back from a SAR?
