Woah. Just got a similar notice from Parking Eye.

Not Huddersfield is it?

Called into Aldi in the evening , but had earlier been to Home Bargains. The pics provided are so dark only the umber plate is recognisable. They state I parked up for 5 1/2 hours. I live 5 minutes away.

Appeal letter going in to ask them to check the records, and if the ANPR cameras have been checked and serviced to the manufacturers schedule. I paid cash both times so no receipts or proof, but know many of the staff at Aldi.

Same advice as ericsbrother has given above, appeal the pcn as per tempkate letters on here and write to aldi chief exec, neither aldi nor PE are the landowners so thats another defense.

Dont simply ignore them, PE are known to issue court proceedings

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

clearly another example of PE,s ot fit for purpose ANPR system and what is known as "double dipping". This should be easy to defeat but most of the parking co's wont cancel the ticket as they would then have to admit that their systems are garbage and thet dont have the checks in place to ensure that these false claims arent sent out. that would involve humans looking at ther evidence and they arent into spending money where it is needed.
