Hello.

Not withstanding - the recent changes in regulation re the display of a tax disc on a motor vehicle,

could anyone please give a definative answer to the following question.

Is it or is it not, contrary to the current law, to have a motor vehicle standing on adopted public highway,

displaying an out of date tax disc?

Thank you, Pete.

there is no requirement to display a tax disc anywhere any more adopted road

private road

churchyard:lol:

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Since tax discs are no longer a requirement, displaying one which is out of date is not unlawful.
