You'll have to check the correct procedure but I think you make an application to lift the stay (form N244), the terms of the agreed schedule don't form part of the original court Order as the schedule is confidential between the parties so can't be directly enforced as an order of the court - a further order is required to do so. I think when you make an application to lift the stay (with evidence to show the terms of settlement has not been complied with) you request a "specific performance" order which will be an Order from the court telling them to do a specific thing - pay you. If they still don't pay after being ordered to you can then go down the enforcement route.
