Hi all,

I'm posting on behalf of my mum who has a phone on contact with Vodafone. She got her bill through and it was way over what she normally pays. She gets free txts and minutes on her contact but rarely uses her phone. It's mainly for emergency's or if she needs to get hold of me when I am not at home.

She contacted Vodafone via the chat and they have said that these calls where made from her phone. The calls on her bill are to Canada and Hong Kong. My mum swears blind she has not made these calls and no one else has access to her phone (she lives on her own). The calls were all made on the same day after 12.00 in the afternoon.

I would really like some advice on this as I do feel she has been wrongly billed. In her recent calls list the numbers on her bill are not in the calls list. The only number there is my mobile and my home phone.

I would be very grateful for advice with this.

Lisa

Thank you for that CitizenB, I didn't see that before. WRT135 - CAG [#7591589] is what I got in the e-mail. I cannot edit the thread though for some reason.

2Grumpy - Noone has access to the phone apart from my mum. She lives alone, rarely leaves the house. I looked on the call log and there are none of the numbers in her call long. Only ones for my mobile and home number. Googling was the first thing I did with the numbers which came up with nothing that could tell me to what numbers they are.

Thank you both for your replys, I shall await Lee's response

Best wishes

Lisa
