Well...... I have been ordered but haven't because untill you asked hadn't realise I would have to. The cut off date was 19/11/14. I suppose that's that's then? Honestly punching myself now for not reading that letter thoroughly!!!

Dont berate yourself.......most defendants on here seem to stop reading when they get to mediation in the Notice of Allocation and dont even look at the directions...dont know why.

Yes, it contains the original agreement along with a letter dated the 20/02/2009

stating the debt had been sold to lowell and another which is a very grainy statement of payments that I believe to be fake!?

 

 

I've checked my credit file and no such payments exist

and the payments where taken on a credit card of which I didn't own a credit card the date they have submitted!?

In that case you need to submit your WS pronto before they ask the court to strike out your defence for none compliance of court directions.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
