Have been following all your steps and advice on claiming - sent 1st letter, pAid £5, got statements, sent second letter stating charges, sent LBA, said they acknowledged my complaint and that they would be informing their solicitors that i may be taking it further - i believe that Natwest owe me £3,195 plus interest. have now (27/10/06) filed moneyclaim on line - can you tell me what happens next? i do try to read everything but get a little lost along the way!

Now you just wait until you get confirmation that the claim has been served this will also give you a date as to when Nat West have to respond by etc...

Good luck!

Hello, im completely lost i sent the subject access request letter on 28 june and the cheque was cashed on the 9 august and i havent heard anything what do i do next?

First of all you need to open your own thread in the bank you are claiming from's forum and oh my goodness, you seem to have given them a lot of time to comply but you now need to go here:

Consumer Action Group > Libraries - bank charges materials and other issues > Bank Templates Library navbits_finallink.gif Data Protection Act - Non-Compliance - Template Letters

Complete this, send it recorded and lets see what happens!!
