CCTV possibly, microphone, probably not. After a year though any recording will almost certainly have gone. A bit late to be complaining about that now though!

What do you mean as "any recording"? Do you mean just microphone recording or CCTV recording also?

Either or both. You should have been warned anyway if they were recording for evidential purposes, and the fact that they were swearing suggests that there was no audio recording made. If there is a CCTV camera in that area then I very much doubt that they would have kept footage - what purpose would it serve with no audio to put the pictures into context?

Threads are not normally deleted - the information contained within them may be of use to people searching for answers to similar questions that they may have about their own situation - often months or years down the line. I see no personal information contained within the thread which could identify the OP - and since the topic seems to have run its course, and suitable answers have been repeated many times over, I will close this to further comment.

 

Sahir - if your situation changes, please feel free to contact Admin or start a new thread. In the meantime please stop torturing yourself over this event - it was a long time ago, nothing more will ever be heard about it, and you are doing yourself no favours until you move on with your life.
