Have a read of the article above - I think there are also suggestions on ways to improve your credit score :)

Thanks, I've done a bit more research and it appears after ten months and they have increased my credit limit thats when it'll improve my credit report.

Not so bad then, I'll stick to using 25% of my credit and pay off in full and wait till next year. I'm not going to check my credit report again until next December, no point paying for it for another 12 months.

Just a little thing to look out for with Vanquis, as they increase your Credit limit they may well increase your interest rate, they did with mine.

please please do not get in to the mess we have with these people. they are evil and should be shut down, I signed a recipet as I was told for my husband, nothing else, and they have marked us as defaulting. The agent took money without paying it off the account. They wanted a security visit, which we agreed to do in a CAB office, (I am never letting these in my home again0 and they have said that its our fault as we haven't complied. Please report to watch dog the more the better. we may get help
