Maybe. But why would the MIB reject a claim by someone who has been badly injured by an uninsured driver, especially someone who has been charged and taken to Court.

 

 

Could have been rejected as the car itself had a valid motor insurance on it that does not cover the driver at the time which would make the MIB refuse a claim.

I didn't say they didn't. Paralegals usually work under a solicitor.

 

 

 

I'm out of this debate as you clearly do not understand how a PI law firm works.
