:) Ive just started with a phone call to Cap1, I was only askin for correct address to send my £10 to. A young gentleman offered to waive the £10 payment and inform the correct dept of my request for 72 months statements. I said thanks...put phone down and started writing my SAR and put payment in with it,will photocopy and send by rec del tmoz. AM not falling for the old divertionary tactics he he he

Cilla Black must be working for Cap 1 ........."surprise surprise" I have taken possesion of some bank statements (6) going back to 26.04.06.

They came in 6 individual letters which is more expensive surely.I can expect another 64. Come on Cilla can I have the other 64 please.

Still no progress on the other statements im due .........does anyone have experiance of this?.I am goin through 4 other claims against A&L ,capital,barclays and ge money, they all have a different approach - some a lot better than others .

My SAR took 30 days from capital 1 and BOS and HBOS are taking over 40 days. Egg on the other hand come up with all the delaying tactics possible! Their latest one was sending my Postal Order back cos I had left the Pay field Blank. Did that with all of them cos I thought that way I wouldnt put wrong payee in and risk them being returned and everyone else accepted! None returned though, maybe the SAR staff are keeping them and using them for their Xmas night out! Poor buggers will need it!

I have been giving less time to this than I should but Im off work just now,so I shall have time now. Having all these claims Your brain takes a bit of a pasting!!! hoh hum.

I shall be looking around the threads for advise and take the next step forward in my claim. I have been concentrating on a claim with the A&L for months but I can devote resources to this now.
