Hello Mr Lee,

 

I am facing exactly the same problem, I bought a second hand phone couple of months before after checking the status that it was active. then suddenly i couldn't receive or make calls. I initially thought its phones problem. Then sent the phone to samsung repair centre - after 2 weeks now samsung repair centre has sent back saying phone is blacklisted. I checked with checkemnd now status is saying original buyer not paid so its blacklisted - not stolen / lost. Please help me - i have spent quite a money on it?

I am waiting for reply from gum tree whether they can give a confirmation that ad existed in the system during the time i bought.

Original poster has removed the ad.

 

I am drafting a PDF which has the complete history what happened...Hopefully it should be sufficient.

 

For SMS conversations madei shall take a screen grab and append in the PDF showing time and date SMS was sent and also phone numbers we used for conversation.

 

Once i send you will know all the details, i shall post it by end of tomorrow.
