hi, new here so please forgive if i make a mistake but i was looking for opinions as to whether i'm being treated fairly.

I am being dismissed tomorrow for poor performance. I have concerns over their reasons for putting me into performance management and the way they have administered the process, but my question now concerns this...

The previous manager of this store achieved significantly worse results with exactly the same management team. Therefore they decided to swap us over, moving me from my store which was performing. The other manager was not subject to any disciplinary action and nor were any of the management team. I, however, have been disciplined for poor performance in my personal attributes. I gave all my team a 'needs improvement' grade at their reviews which was also what i received. I was the only one put in performance management, all reviews are approved by my supervisor, and some of the others received payrises.

if i have to go to a tribunal would i be able to argue that my employer has not acted consistently?

many thanks for any advice.
