No of course not...but sometimes these things just cant be resolved, however unfair it is.

1.I agree with Mr.Shed totally about moving on,however I put alot of the blame here on the landlord who should not be discussing your tenancy arrangements with the other tenants.

 

2.Also,your landlord should not enter your home without your permission as this is classed as trespass and breach of your quite enjoyment of the property that you are renting.

 

3.You say that you have a written note from the landlord could you elaborate abit further regarding this note as this may enable me to help you out further.
