typically rubbish!!

you DO NOT need OSC or the DCS!! reclaim them!

you TV is faulty

its an HP agreement.

you wouldn't go hire a car for the day and pay for it f it brokedown would you?

then why pay for the faulty goods.!!!

you are covered under SOGA.

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

NOTHING at all to do with ANY manu guarantee or warranty

they are in ADDITION ot your statutory right under SOGA

they do not replace SOGA.

I believe it actually comes under the Supply of Goods (Implied Terms) Act of 1973 if the item is on Hire-Purchase. Brighthouse know this and they are trying to fob you off.

Telephone them first thing in the morning and tell them you want the TV repaired under the Supply of Goods (Implied Terms) Act of 1973. If they still refuse demand to speak to the manager or contact Brighthouse's Head Office and make a complaint.

Brighthouse do fix items even if you don't have Optional Service Cover. They have done this for me on many occasions. They just dont want you to know your rights. Please let us know how you get on.
