Yes, the DVLA told me that today!!!

 

I have a motability car and I'm the only driver.

 

My wife can't drive, and we have no family close by. So it looks like the worry about trying to keep the HRM - into PIP is something of the past - the car will now have to go back.

 

Damn!!!

 

That must be really hard for you. My car is a lifeline - I don't use it much, as I'm mostly housebound, but its worth using the HRM for.

Snap, I wheelied an RD 250 into a parked car once, was over 30 years ago. It was a Yamaha though the Suzuki twin was a GT250. Had loads of accidents on other bikes before that, which is part of the reason i have the problems I do

 

Yes you are right!! it was a Yamaha and not a Suzuki. Blue & White with a racing type fairing. I knew it was Japanese!!!

 

I should have realised when I saw that the tacho didn't even start to register until 3000rpm.

 

Anyhow it put the fear of God into me.

 

I don't know what the actual acceleration figures are but it felt fast and I had no control, the front just came up!!
