Right, i'm thinking about getting a loan with one of Andrew harts companies, then default (going through all the correct procedures) and letting him add his ridiculous charges etc on and seeing how far it will go (hopefully end up in court). Reason being i'm doing a degree in media at the moment and think this could be a really good subject to do a (low budget) Morgan Spurlock style video on. I've got some really good editing ideas for this and from every email/letter/text i get will be recorded on film and once it is all finally over the video will be released (free online) giving Andrew Hart the well deserved recognition as a (Edit) he needs. I will state throughout that i fully intend to pay back the original loan plus interest and fair default charges.

i was actually stung by some companies before (wonga and payday uk which is now all sorted) which is how i came across this site and heard about andrew hart and although i have been doing some research on these companies and andrew harts companies im no expert.

What im really asking is what people think of the idea? is it wrong lawfully or otherwise to purposely take the loan out with the intention to default? what do you think the chances of me actually losing the case in court and having to pay back silly amounts of £££ is? Am i legally allowed to release a video that incriminates a person or company?(although i would anyway)if it went as far as court i guess there'd be no chance of me getting a camera in there? and really just anybodies thought, opinions or advice on the idea would be great.

I wouldnt. Youd get in a Lot of trouble if a court found out you were trying to entrap him. It's also a reason why the police won't do it.
