Hi

I am currently waiting on Natwest to repay my charges, the date of the AQ was 30 September, I sent mine early, Cobbetts sent theirs late!!

However I have just noticed that they are still applying charges to my account (ok its only another £40 but its my money and as i am currently on job seekers, that makes quite a dent in my incomings)

Can I still add to the amount being claimed? Or will i have to start another claim? I am sure I read somewhere that we can continue adding up until the day they agree to settle?

Help, please!!

If you want to add then you will need to fill in a form N244 and send in to court.

There is a non recoverable charge for this

I think ive seen you post the bit about a N244 fee being unrecoverable before.

Is this always the case and where do you get this info from?

Cheers

Either from the court website hmcs.co.uk

or you can do it down your local court.

Has the claim been transferred yet from Northampton ?
