Here you go.

 

1st Credit have confirmed this debt is statute barred therefore they should not still be instructing 3rd party agencies. Send them the letter above to their head office. At the same time I would be sending a complaint to the OFT and perhaps even the FOS. Advise that having made 1st credit aware that this debt is statute barred, they continue to instruct 3rd party DCAs (and list them) in breach of OFT guidelines and in a manner which is designed to intimidate and harrass.
