I received letters today from HFO saying that they have passed ' my account' (for which they failed to submit any of the documents I requested) to Roxburghe, Surrey. This is the first letter from them after my last letter in which I warned them that if they continued harassing me I would report them to the OFT.

Anyways, its content is what I wrote on the previous post. I just scanned it for the signature.

I think it's a safe bet that one or two HFOS staff may move across. HFOS didn't have many UK staff anyway. Maybe the Indian op is to be scuppered as well. Or renamed. After all, the HFO brand has had no 'reputation management', and we've shown that new companies are being set up (but we don't know exactly what for). The house of cards is toppling.

 

HFOS and HFO Capital own the assets, so we need to keep a beady eye on them.

Interesting, they have not complied or responded to my section 10 notice to remove all CRAs marker yet, have lodged dispute with CRAs to investigate.

Presume that you will get one of the normal Roxie 'threat monkeys' then.

 

Hopefully, the complaints against Rox will increase so they loose their license too - not that I want people harassed by them

Moving accounts to Rox from HFo is pointless - Rox's CCL is also minded to revoke. It's the whole house of cards that will fall. The names on the doors is not the issue - the issue is the owners.

Interesting they have gone back to Roxburgh which was supposed to be a dormant company - is it still in a dormant state or does the name change affect that?

 

HFO/Turnbull Rutherford seem to be in a state... hopefully the relevant authorities are being informed of these changes.

The OFT have an intelligence unit set up to monitor group licences - and obviously the faces behind them.
