I have just received this email from wageday advance and dont know how to reply as I have a total of 5 payday loans and trying to deal with them individually to set up repayment plan and WDA are the 1st to reply to my original email in 24hrs with this:

Dear Customer

Thank you for your recent correspondence, please find attached an income expenditure form for you to complete in order for us to accept a reduced monthly payment.

Please complete the form in as much detail as possible and we will also require last months bank statement to support the income expenditure form, please ensure the form & the supporting document/s are returned to us within 5working days. Failure to do so will result in your account been processed which means you will incur daily interest, receive calls, emails & sms.

You also authorise WagedayAdvance to collect outstanding monies from any account details you have provided to us.

Regards,

John, both of the emails you have received are standard emails. I have received both !!

1st - WDA. I would suggest you complete their I&E statement but dont give them bank statements. I did the same and got a repayment plan fairly quickly. I politely emailed them the I&E stating that whilst I was not to obliged to supply them with this information I was doing it to show my willingness to come to a compromise. I did point out that they certainly did not ask for such detailed information when applying for the loan so did not understand why they needed it when trying to repay it. Payment plan was promptly set up !!

2nd - ****ty Sterling. I got the same crap about not communicating in anyway other than telephone. I challenged this and eventually got an email from a named person ( I can give you her addy if you want to contact directly ) Dont expect an easy ride with them though. The last email I got was to say that "they dont do repayment plans unless you have entered a debt management plan"

I await their response to me challenging this stating they cannot discriminate between those in a DMP and those who cant for employment reasons. Also remended them that they cannot refuse payment from me under OFT guidelines. I await their response.

The only good thing about SS is they dont not charge daily interest, just a 1 off fee of £59 when you default. they are VERY slow to reply to emails ( I mean days ! ) but your safe in the knowledge that you are not accruing crazy daily fees.

Hope this helps.

Don't hand over any bank account or card details as they will keep trying to take small amounts from your account until such time they hit on your payday then take the lot regardless. If you cant get them to accept a payment plan yourself use a company that will deal with them on your behalf enter into a debt managment plan then cancal any cards that you feel they have details of and be very whary when appling on line again because if you use one of their affilate companies or a broker linked to them they will use that infomation to take money from you
